Constructive visit to the European Union Parliament 🇪🇺
India’s relation with the European Union is accorded with the 1994 EU–India Cooperation Agreement with ever enhancing mutual cooperation. However it’s been more than a decade of discussions to implement free trade agreement between these two major power blocks. 🌐
It is well observed that both the regions are in strategic partnership since 2004 but our understanding requires a further dwelling of much robust policies to govern ease of doing trade with focus to ensure economic development understanding our visions of the Sustainable Development Goals #sdgs 🔆
Situated in the city of #brussels in Belgium 🇧🇪 the EU parliament’s presence makes Brussels one of the top cosmopolitan city in the world. It was indeed enriching to interact with key officers at the EU Parliament and share views to strengthen our relations by improving people to people connection. 🌍
Attended the EU India Leaders Conference organised by EICBI which gathered prominent Indians from from around the globe. Thoughtful discussions during the IETO discussion to focusing on the EU-India relations and brainstorming sessions to further enhance this friendly cooperation. Shall be working extensively on those outcome measures from the session to boost cross exchanges of businesses in various key sectors. 🇮🇳

Meetings with local Party leaders in Brussels. In one of the meetings, it was discussed for youth engagements with India EU collaborations and to engage the trade partnerships involving the youth of both regions. Such Partnerships will support sustainable digital, transport and energy networks, and the flow of people, goods, services, data and capital centred on equity and inclusivity for the benefit of both India and the EU and assisting in global development efforts, based on Sustainable Development Goal principles that no one is left behind. The Partnership will explore initiatives to improve connectivity between India and the EU as well as ensure synergies and complementarities between our developmental cooperation with partner countries.

Wonderful interaction with the Muslim school girls marking the International Women Day at the The Dawn High School, Hyderabad in the state of Telangana.
Impressive to witness the fantastic pedagogy of the school which is enhancing the educational program for these young Muslim girls with practical knowledge of the modern concepts. They pupils were fluent in English language, international affairs and the zeal to achieve in life.
Such a wonderful experience to discuss the Indian foregin trade relations and the future scope with the young minds. They young girls are the true example of change toward betterment.
#Education is they key tool for liberation among the masses by learning new ideas that helps open new perspectives and horizons for people to explore. It is knowledge that helps people understand their material conditions in a historical context, enabling communities to tackle social, political and cultural issues appropriately.
